Simply upload your favorite surfing photo when placing your order, and our designer will professionally transform it into a custom LED fin light box.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a print-ready digital proof showing the image placement and overall design. If everything looks good, simply approve the proof and we’ll begin production.

Customize the back for an additional cost with:

• Surfer’s Name – Your name or the name of the rider featured in the photo.
• Location – The surf break, beach, or destination where the photo was taken (e.g., Pipeline, North Shore • Teahupo’o, Tahiti • Jeffreys Bay • Topsail Beach, NC).
• Date – Commemorate the exact day or year of that unforgettable session.
• Personal Message (Optional) – Add a meaningful quote, dedication, achievement, or special memory.

Image Upload Guidelines

Pro Tip: For the best results, upload the highest-resolution version of your photograph available. Original images taken directly from a smartphone, digital camera, GoPro, or professional camera typically produce the best print quality.

We recommend:

• High-resolution JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF files
• Images with a resolution of 300 DPI whenever possible
• Original, unedited files rather than screenshots or images downloaded from social media
• Clear, well-lit photographs with the main subject positioned away from the edges
• Group, action, landscape, or lifestyle photographs that fit the shape of the longboard fin

Your image will be professionally prepared and UV printed in high resolution onto crystal-clear cast acrylic. The quality of the finished piece depends on the quality of the submitted image. Photos that appear blurry, pixelated, dark, or out of focus may also appear that way when printed.

A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Please review the image placement, cropping, spelling, dates, and other personalization details carefully.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PDF files are recommended when submitting logos, illustrations, or business branding.

Please submit print-ready artwork whenever available. Minor adjustments may be made to optimize your image for the longboard fin shape.

Returns and Damaged Items Policy

Because each of our products is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please carefully review all photographs, names, dates, locations, messages, spelling, and other customization details before approving your order. We are not responsible for errors contained in the information or files submitted by the customer.

Items Damaged During Shipping

We carefully inspect and securely package every item before shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

• Your name and order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the damage

Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Once the shipping damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued when a replacement is not possible.

Damage claims submitted without photographs or after the 48-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
